Duties: Conduct patent searches and analysis to backss the patentability of inventions in the field of medical devices and mechanical engineering. Prepare and prosecute patent applications before the USPTO, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with inventors, attorneys, and other stakeholders

to gather necessary information for patent prosecution. Draft and review legal documents, including patent applications, responses to office actions, and other related correspondence.

Provide legal and technical advice to clients regarding patent strategy, portfolio management, and intellectual property matters. Requirements: A degree in biomedical or mechanical engineering is required. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of relevant patent preparation and prosecution experience. Admission to the USPTO is mandatory. Solid law firm, engineering, or industry experience is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Education: Bachelor's degree in biomedical or mechanical engineering.
