The individual should hold a degree in biomedical or mechanical engineering, and other engineering disciplines coupled with significant patent experience in medical devices and/or mechanical products will be considered. Admission to the USPTO is mandatory for this role. Duties: Conduct patent searches and analyze prior art to backss patentability. Draft patent applications and responses to office actions. Communicate with inventors,
attorneys, and clients to gather necessary information for patent prosecution. Collaborate with legal teams to develop and implement patent strategies. Stay abreast of developments in patent law and relevant technologies.
Requirements: Bachelor's or advanced degree in biomedical or mechanical engineering.3+ years of relevant patent preparation and prosecution experience. Admission to the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is required. Strong understanding of medical devices and mechanical engineering principles. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Education: Bachelor's or advanced degree in biomedical
