Drafting patent applications related to medical devices and mechanical engineering. Prosecuting patent applications before the
USPTO and providing responses to office actions. Collaborating with inventors, attorneys, and clients to gather necessary information for patent applications.
Conducting legal research and analysis to support patent prosecution efforts. Requirements: A degree in biomedical or mechanical engineering.
