We have an exciting career opportunity as a Design Engineer - Electrical where you will design, develop, build, and implement new wiring systems for Bulldozers.

What You Will Do: Participate in the new product introduction and maintenance deliverables for the Electrical Installation Team in Medium Tractor Products. Engage

in a high performing team where members rely on each other for leadership, technical perspective, and personal encouragement. Create concepts and designs to solve complex engineering problems.

Utilize Creo (Cabling, Schematics, Sheetmetal, Assembly) to create highly integrated designs within the machine platforms. What You Have: A Bachelor's in an accredited Engineering, Computer Science, or Materials Science curriculum. Analytical Thinking : You use your extensive experience and knowledge of techniques and tools to promote effective analysis supporting your ability to determine the root cause of design problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems. You approach

complex problems by breaking it down into its component parts.

Effective Communications: You use your understanding of effective communication concepts, tools, and techniques to listen to feedback and use it to build your own communication effectiveness in collaborating with partners. Technical Excellence: You use your knowledge of relevant technologies and application methods to develop and provide solutions to significant technical challenges. You provide effective technical solutions to functional challenges via sound technical competence, effectively examining implications of events and issues and diligently addressing the details. Teamwork: You use your skills to amplify the productivity of the team with energetic initiative, thoughtful input for peers, and celebration of others' successes.
