For this role, you would be joining Dexcom's Research and Development Cybersecurity team to design and implement new applications and features for Dexcom's medical device platforms. Where you come in: You will effectively collaborate with all Dexcom teams with direct accountability to build and oversee the post-market cybersecurity strategy, vision, and roadmap with a relentless focus on balancing security with simplification As a member of the R&D Cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for reviewing new and existing
technologies, identifying, and ranking potential risks, providing remediation/mitigation suggestions and direction, as well as documenting your findings for review.
You will be performing internal/external network-based penetration tests, software/firmware/application testing, cloud testing, breach simulation, hardware, web, and wireless protocol testing. You will be responsible for working with the various development teams and product managers to ensure that new projects are properly secured. You will participate in security requirements and design reviews to harden the services by thinking like an adversary. You will perform pen testing on various platforms including i OS, Android, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, Docker.
You will design, develop, execute, and maintain automated and manual test scripts to test mobile software, IOT devices What makes you successful: Performs security backssments of company products that may include vulnerability and risk backssments, threat analysis, and security code reviews to identify potential design and implementation vulnerabilities Reviews and defines security diagnostics and tools to facilitate the analysis and reporting of security events. Designs and develops security features for products including systems, applications, and/or solutions.
Integrates new security features and updates into existing products and ensures the security of all products is maintained throughout the product lifecycle.
