Responsibilities: Design, develop, deploy, and manage scalable, secure, and reliable cloud-based infrastructure solutions and systems Develop and maintain cloud solutions in accordance with best practices Configure and maintain cloud services, including virtual machines, containers, serverless functions, networking, storage, and security Ensure all configuration conforms to high levels of performance, security,
scalability, maintainability, and appropriate reusability and reliability upon deployment, aligning to design documentation specifications Participate in Cloud Migrations for VMs using tools like Cloud Endure, Azure Migrate with more than 20 VMs migration or Databases would be preferred Collaborate with team members to engage clients in operational meetings, discussions, process betterment and contribute to optimisations for the client’s environment Identify, analyze, and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues Ability to resolve issues with proper resolution/documentation technically and SLAs Regularly review existing systems and make recommendations for improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design cloud architectures that align with business needs Interact with clients, provide cloud support, and make recommendations based on client needs Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure, network connectivity, and application deployments Requirements: At least 2 years in operational/administration and deployment/migration projects in Cloud Environment Ability to solve customer problems through cloud technologies Provide solutions to issues collaboratively, resolving conflicts and ensuring follow through with proper follow up and closure Strong technical experience with cloud infrastructures, migrations, and technology management preferred Ability to codify or maintain cloud systems in an automated fashion using tools like Ansible, Cloud Formation, Terraform etc with proper documentation will be advantageous Professional certifications related to cloud technologies (e.
g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, ect) is a plus Knowledge of Containerisation technologies eg EKS/AKS/GKE/K8s/Openshift/Tanzu would be advantageous Knowledge of security best practices and experience implementing security controls in cloud environments Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
