that creates positive impact and a sustainable future for all. The Engineer for Future Now Innovation Centre (“FIC”) plays a crucial role in managing and overseeing the AV and IT infrastructure set-up at the Singtel Future Now Innovation Centre (“FIC”).

The Centre is a leading experience center that brings together emerging technologies from the Singtel Group to help businesses reimagine their future, explore innovative concepts, and overcome challenges to unlock new growth opportunities. The Engineer manages and oversees the set-up of IT Infrastructure and ensures the stability of all networks, audio-visual systems, and demonstrations at the Centre, which requires a high level of availability

to host visitors. The Engineer will work closely with the Innovation team to ensure the smooth operation of the Centre. Make an Impact by: Manage and oversee the AV and IT infrastructure set-up of the Centre.

Set up demos and ensure the readiness of the Centre every day, high availability and stability of all networks, audio-visual systems and demo availability/SLA. Project-manage new demo onboarding; and advise on connectivity and infra requirements for these demos. Ensure all circuits and systems are running and in good order; troubleshoot and interface with relevant vendors/technical teams for Levels 1 and 2 problem resolution. Work closely with and manage vendors who support the Centre.

Ensure proper documentation of demos, processes, workflows and circuits; with quarterly reports on workflows, outages and logs.

Schedule repairs, demo set up, maintenance works to ensure Centre runs well. Manage calls for quotations and invoice processing. Manage the booking engine of the Centre. Propose and drive continuous process improvements for FIC (i. e. infrastructure, network or other relevant technical related upgrade works). Manage Maintenance Schedule (cleaning schedules etc and demos and circuits). Interface with Facilities Management and Security for visits; and provide support in logistics arrangement. Skills for Success: Degree/Diploma in Computer Engineering.

Minimum 3 to 5 years of network engineering experience Excellent knowledge of Networking: Servers, Cables, LAN, Switches, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, UDP, Latency, Vo IP, EIGRP, BGP, OSPF, NHRP, ATM, PPP, MPLS, Routers, Hubs, Servers, Cables, Racks, Firewalls. Ability to code in Java, C++ or Python. Knowledge of communications systems (e. g. Cisco, Crestron, etc). Practical/hands-on experience related to AV Sites/Server Room Setups Good to have experience in a similar environment like an Innovation Centre would be a plus (either client or vendor) Good to have experience with Kramer AVo IP solutions, Huawei Network Switches & Access Points (APs), Bose audio systems would be a plus
