producer of wood panels - namely plywood and oriented strand board - and is a leading producer of gypsum products and lumber. Georgia-Pacific is also a major supplier to large do-it-yourself warehouse retailers.

Many GP structural panel products are Home Innovation NGBS Green Certified. What You Will Do Perform weekly root cause analysis of KPI misses for Out of Market Freight, Attainment, On-Time vs. Promise, and OEE and developing strategies to drive long-term improvement Develop strategies, in collaboration with schedulers, to drive long-term improvements in metrics, adjusting inventory/changeovers/run wheel/etc. Collaborate with S&OP Team, sharing knowledge to improve scheduling

processes as well as cross-capability processes with ambiguous ownership Improve existing tools with feedback from schedulers /implementing automation processes Improve and/or create data analysis and visualization tools to support the scheduling team Participate as needed in data validation during implementation of SAP / Dynamic Run Rates / other software upgrades Travel to production facilities and reloads to knowledge share and facilitate process optimization and standardization Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Bachelor's degree OR 3 years of experience in an industrial/systems engineering, statistics, supply chain, or financial/data analysis role Moderate experience in Microsoft Office Excel (ability to create tools utilizing formulas to pull data from BI cubes or SQL queries), SQL server management studio (writing and manipulating queries to pull necessary data), and Power Point (communicate recommendations to cross-functional teams and leadership) Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain positive business relationships - significant level of interpersonal and communication skills is required Will consider candidates outside of Atlanta, GA, but all candidates must be willing and able to travel up to 15% What Will Put You Ahead Bachelor's degree or higher with a concentration in Supply Chain Management, Industrial/Operations Management, Engineering, Logistics, or Finance Experience in applying lean manufacturing concepts to Supply Chain processes In-depth experience understanding and communicating trade-offs between cycle stock and safety stock Experience within a manufacturing industry Gypsum industry experience and/or extensive product knowledge Proficient in any ERP system (Infor, SAP, Oracle, one LISA etc.

) Proficient in any optimization/scheduling software For this role, we anticipate paying $90,000- $120,000 per year.
