Develops and implements product design, development, and validation tools and provides technical and issue resolution support during development, testing, and production. Evaluates, designs, and develops new software and hardware fixtures and utilizes tools during project deployment to validate and optimize product quality and performance.
Creates product specifications, hardware design guides, application notes, and other supporting technical collateral. Collaborates and enables internal and external silicon, hardware, and software teams to deliver latest products in the market. Partners with customer RD and manufacturing to ensure smooth product ramp through integrating customer DFx
requirements, mitigating customer factory challenges, delivering product training, and providing health oversight with rapid technical support and systematic improvement action.
Qualifications You must possess the below requirements to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork and/or classes and/or research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences. Minimum Qualifications: The candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science
or in related field. 2+ years of hardware debug at the component and system level, root cause analysis, corrective action.
2+ year of trouble shooting for multiple operating systems (such as Window, Linux) and their associated BIOS, Firmware, and system drivers. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with multiple segments including server, client, and mobile; including technical understanding of the architecture and how platform HW/SW/FW work together. Experience with the Microsoft Windows Debugger, Kernel Debugger tools and/or JTAG debuggers such as ITP or LTB.
