A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A VACUUM TECHNOLOGY FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER As a Vacuum Technology Field Service Engineer with our sustainable technology company, you play an essential role

in meeting the daily service maintenance and repair needs of our customer's equipment. Your responsibilities include repairing, installing, troubleshooting, inspecting, and modifying equipment at customer sites and at our in-house workshop.

When arriving at a customer site, you backss their needs in regard to maintenance, spare parts, modernization, and process improvement. You also develop, organize, and lead customer and internal training programs on how to use our products. In addition, you assist our customer service team to generate quotations and orders. You lend a helping hand to special projects, such as product development, sales visits to customers or vendors, or product demonstrations

to potential customers. To help with business development, you promote our exceptional services and products each time you interact with a customer.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A VACUUM TECHNOLOGY FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER Bachelor's degree in engineering OR a technical degree or equivalent training in the technology field, such as electrical, mechanical, vacuum technology, thin film, physics, or a related discipline Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Power Point, and Outlook Valid driver's license Field service experience is preferred.

Knowledge about Siemens or Allen Bradley would be a plus but multiple factors will be taken into consideration. Do you have excellent verbal and written communication skills? Can you work as a proactive team player and take accountability for your work? Are you able to identify, evaluate, and give direction for resolving individual and company issues?
