This is a hybrid role in Charlotte, NC or Richardson, TX. In this role, you will collaborate with all disciplines across the information technology groups and Business Units in providing mentorship and developing plans for integrating information security requirements into
solutions provided in the area of Identity Access Management. How You'll Help Us Connect the World Design, develop, and implement sophisticated IAM cloud platform services and applications.
Develop roadmaps, requirements, and architectures across a variety of cybersecurity projects, with a focus on IAM. Be a Subject Matter expert of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Identity Management and associated components. Ensure a smooth transition from the initial solution through architecture, implementation, and steady-state operations. Lead both on-prem/legacy identity management and cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP) identity management technologies and systems. Required Qualifications for Consideration
Five (5) plus years of experience working in Identity and Access Management (IAM) role/field with experience in core IAM Domains: Identity Governance and Administration, Privileged Access Management, Authentication, Authorization, and Identity Lifecycle Management.
Cyber Ark experience. Expert knowledge of Azure Entra ID and related authentication/authorization technologies. Understanding of API design concepts, RESTful Services, and modern application interaction patterns. Experience configuring Multi-factor Authentication and Single-sign-on. Supervisory experience You Will Excite Us if You Have Extensive hands-on experience with IAM technologies, standards, and practices (e.
g. LDAP, Kerberos, RBAC, Privileged Access Management, Radius, SAML, OAuth2, Open ID Connect, WSFed). Experience with Service Now. Familiarity with Agile Methodologies. Ability to use various programming or scripting languages such as Shell scripting, Perl, Python, Java Script, HTML, or Power Shell. Basic familiarity with Unix. Ability to understand the impact IT security and technology have on business outcomes.
