As the So C Power Grid Methodology Engineer you will be responsible for comprehensive power delivery network design and analysis of complex mobile designs.
You will work with the design implementation engineers to define power grid methodology and provide solutions to meet PPA and IR/EM targets. In this role, you will define power delivery specifications, design and analyze the Power Distribution Network (PDN) of the So C together with the package team, and manage the time it takes to complete projects with

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $172,000-$263,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, related field, or equivalent practical experience 5 years of work experience or academic experience in power grid design and analysis for So C Experience in Power Delivery Network (PDN) methodology development and modeling Experience in IR analysis tool Red Hawk Preferred qualifications: Master degree or Ph D in Electrical Engineering or related field Experience of SPICE simulations Knowledge of digital design Pn R flow Knowledge of electronics, circuitry, and semiconductor physics/devices for PDN structure design Proficient in scripting or programming languages - Define power grid specifications of complex mobile designs (such as CPU, GPU, TPU, So C, etc.
). - Provide power grid implementation guidelines and feedback to cross-functional teams.
- Guide physical implementation designers on PDN tuning and issue fixing. - Implement and analyze the PDN of So C subsystems and top level. - Build analytical models to support chip-level power delivery design and analysis.
