You will drive innovation across production and lead a group of SREs in a fast-paced environment with many opportunities to innovate and evolve reliability principles, collaborate across all Databases development teams, and central reliability infrastructure teams to deliver an available experience for customers. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $271,000-$399,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual
pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Minimum qualifications: 15 years of professional software development experience. Experience architecting, designing, and developing distributed systems. Experience in technical leadership and setting technical direction for engineering projects.
