This individual should be passionate about balancing innovation projects with modernization goals. As a Software Engineering Manager, you'll raise up your team, helping develop individual careers and achieving goals, addressing common team problems, coaching, and mentoring the engineers. You will lead a skilled, highly motivated team that builds, maintains, and continually improves an ecosystem of web and backend services to help our store Partners print, hang, and deliver both paper & electronic price and product information directly to our H-E-B shelves. You'll provide leadership across all aspects of the Agile development lifecycle as a Software Engineering Manager to maintain a high bar for technology, people, and process.
