North America with the rest of our early-career community-learning about our business, products, and operations and building strong camaraderie. Work as a full-time Engineer in one of our 150 manufacturing locations in the US.

MENTORSHIP Navigate through large and diverse business units alongside a dedicated mentor, who shares knowledge and career tips essential to success and career development. Program Summary: Our 18-month career development program provides participants a full-time operational role, participants will partake in a development program that is designed to increase their manufacturing skills and their exposure to Saint-Gobain. Participants are provided with classroom-based E-learnings, hands-on action-based learning in operational environments as well as a plethora of networking opportunities all designed to accelerate your career development and future career growth.

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates and provide the national pay range for this position which is $66,900 to $103,500 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 9% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $72,900 to $112,800. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
