Execute tests to meet specific requirements and standards Write reports detailing test results and maintain complete and accurate records of tests and test data Design, build and maintain test equipment including electronic mechanical and hydraulic systems Design, build test fixtures.
Design, build safety cages and lifting rigs. Apply microstrain recording devices to castings and gather strain data for stress investigations Oversee setup of tests and create/update procedures to document test setups Calibrate tools and equipment necessary to complete tests Ensure a safe working environment at all times Perform day-to-day scheduling of the test teschnicians. Issue and track purchase
