• Participate in Change Control Board (CCB) reviews • Collaborate with program management, engineering, purchasing, production control, operations and inspection in order to support the fulfillment of contract requirements. • Facilitate customer source inspection events • Review and approve FAI documentation in accordance with AS9102 standards Defect Prevention Support • Participates and

leads closed-loop root cause and corrective action activities. • Maintain Quality metrics for tracking daily activities within the department.

Job Requirements: Process Skills Must have proficient understanding of : • Risk Management and Statistical Process Control • Lean concepts and their application for best practices • GD&T and able to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications • Experience with Quality Engineering tools, i. e. SCOPE This is an exciting new position created to support a portfolio of Engineering and R&D programs currently in the development phase.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Integrated Master Schedules across the portfolio, as well as the integration of subcontractor and supplier schedules. Coordinating with the Technical Program Managers, you will support resource planning and program analysis, to shape the schedule to successfully complete program milestones. Additional analysis includes

schedule risk backssments, critical path analysis, logic evaluation and variance analysis of the portfolio. This role includes setting a program cadence for status reviews of the schedule, gathering inputs from multiple internal and external stakeholders and functions (engineering, supply chain, finance, quality etc.

) to measure progress, forecast updates, and schedule metrics that you will partner with program leadership.
