Our company consists of highly trained 1:1 therapists, case supervisors, clinical directors, psychologists, marriage and family therapists and researchers. We develop and implement individualized treatment programs to promote skill acquisition and reduction of maladaptive behaviors. ABA therapists are trained to implement 1:1 behavior intervention programs across settings, in homes, schools and in various
community settings. The initial training includes the 40+ hour training which meets criteria for the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Instruction covers Applied Behavior Analysis, discrete trial teaching, behavior management, social skills development, and data collection techniques.
Not only will you receive online training, you will also receive initial training live! Responsibilities and Duties We are hiring Behavior Therapists for both full time and part time positions (afternoons). Late afternoon availability (2pm to 6pm) is required for both. The Behavior Therapist will be assigned to clients locally in the San Diego county area. Our office is located in University
