The Senior Pastor will continue to build a system of lay-leaders that can support discipleship efforts. Church Development The Senior Pastor will be asked to help grow both the size of the church membership and the depth of its spiritual vibrancy. Pastoral Care The Senior Pastor will personally care for people and be an integrated part of the church community. Preschool The Senior Pastor will be accountable to the Church Council for the operations of the preschool. They will be called to further develop a preschool model that is closely integrated with church activities and the larger local community.

Details: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week K-12 Caseload Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations to identify fine motor, sensory processing, and visual perceptual disorders in children. Develop and implement treatment plans to
address occupational therapy issues. Provide therapy services to children in individual or group settings in the school setting. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Keep accurate records of student progress and treatment plans. Communicate with families and caregivers to provide education and support.
