Degree Experience in evaluating eligibility for SPED services Proficiency in intervention plan development and consultations Strong collaboration skills with school personnel Duties: Conduct psychological backssments to evaluate students' cognitive, academic, emotional, and behavioral functioning.
Provide individual and group counseling to address academic, social, or emotional challenges. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and school staff to develop and implement strategies for student success. Participate in IEP meetings, contributing to the development of educational plans for students with special needs. Respond to crises, providing support and collaborating with other professionals
for immediate and long-term needs. Consult with teachers, parents, and stakeholders to address concerns and offer recommendations. Develop and implement prevention programs for issues such as bullying and substance abuse.
Stay informed on current research and best practices in school psychology for professional development. Maintain accurate and confidential records of backssments, interventions, and counseling sessions. Develop and Implement Intervention Plans: Working with educators, parents, and other stakeholders, develop thorough intervention plans based on backssment results. Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and other
