Under the direction of the Lead Instructional
Developer, as our Trainer, you will drive the sharing of information, develop cohesive business practices, and establish operational efficiencies to deliver exceptional customer service to our EA constituents.
Additionally, you will provide special project support, including backend website management, and planning, and co-facilitation of organization-wide Zoom, in-person, and hybrid meetings and trainings. Leveraging your creativity and expertise in Canva, you will revamp training materials, ensuring they are visually appealing and engaging. Utilizing your strong sense of details and organizational skills, you will embed hyperlinks within digital instructional resources and periodically
verify their functionality and relevance to facilitate quick updates of policy and procedures.
