Interpret backssment results to identify students' strengths and areas for improvement. Develop and implement intervention plans to support students' social, emotional, and academic development. Provide counseling and support services to students experiencing emotional or behavioral challenges. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to create a
supportive and inclusive learning environment. Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to contribute valuable insights. Requirements: Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.
D. or Psy. D. ) with a focus on School Psychology. Valid state licensure as a Psychologist in Texas. Previous experience in a school or educational setting is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply. Strong knowledge of backssment tools and intervention strategies.
