with stakeholders, model lessons, professional learning communities, and classroom observations Uses observation and achievement data to identify professional development needs and to ensure that the school staff is trained in STEM planning, reflection, teaching and backssment methodologies through locally created in-service workshops; works with stakeholders to fund adequate ongoing STEM regional training for the staff.

Monitors student progress and works with teacher teams and specialists to design and implement appropriate academic interventions based on formative and summative backssments. Engages with all school internal and external stakeholders to educate them on the elements of

the STEM reform model on an ongoing basis. Serves on the school's instructional leadership team, reports directly to the Principal on all STEM matters, and works to maintain a school-wide focus on STEM program elements.

Develops prioritized STEM budgets, requisitions, and orders, and tracks the entire purchasing process from start to finish for the school's STEM training and material needs. Provides input to school scheduling, including the master schedule, collaborative planning schedule, STEM professional development schedule, and stakeholder engagement plans. Conducts and models STEM lessons with teachers in the classrooms, science lab, STEM lab, Makerspace lab, or any other designated

area to engage students in project-based and/or problem-based learning.

Complete all STEM reports to be submitted to the appropriate person. Performs other duties as assigned by the appropriate supervisor. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Education Certification: Must hold or be able to obtain a Georgia PSC-approved certification. Experience: 3 years of successful teaching experience is required. Teaching experience in a STEM program is preferred.
