Encouraging positive behaviors and setting appropriate boundaries. Observe and report students’ progress toward the goals outlined in their IEP/504 plans. Qualifications for this RBT position include: High school diploma or equivalent. Prior ABA experience working with children in a home, facility, or school setting preferred but not required.
