Irving, TX 2 weeks of training on-site then transitions to hybrid role (At least two days a week on site) Pay: $18/hour Start Date: 1/2/2024 Schedule: Monday - Saturday / 9 AM-7 PM Alternating schedule One week 9a-6pm/10a-7p Rotating Saturdays Off every Sunday If scheduled Saturdays then your other day off will be during the week JOB DESCRIPTION: Making outbound calls on repossessed accounts Receiving inbound redemption calls Making suitable arrangements with customers that are currently past due.
Identifying accounts that require management review. Providing outstanding customer service Maintaining required standards set by the department. Adherence to Company policies and procedures
