- Build a rapport with students. - Keep students focused on task at hand. - Employ Tutor Hub 101's proven study aides to prepare for upcoming tests and quizzes. - Maintain student's Session Log by updating notes every session. - Communicate issues/status with the Center Director and
strategize a plan to achieve student's goals. - Help to build up student's confidence through teaching and inspiring. - Occasionally help with marketing tasks.
