Responsibilities: Conduct backssments to identify students' fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, and overall functional abilities. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Provide direct occupational therapy services to students, addressing their unique needs and fostering skill development. Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of backssments, progress reports, and intervention plans. Qualifications: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy. Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Washington. Experience working with students in an educational setting is preferred. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with school staff and parents. Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet the diverse needs of students.
