Location: These positions are open to candidates who live within 100 miles of Dunwoody and in the state of GA and can commute to the office within the same day. We answer calls and work behind the scenes with customers, other departments, and agents to get the job done right, from 6 am - 10 pm, 7 days a week. When you apply to this position, you will be considered for part-time Care Center Specialist II. Please Note: Schedules require availability on the weekends and/or holidays Part-time opportunities are approximately 24 hours per week. Start Date (subject to change): February or March 2024 Training: Selected candidates will participate in mandatory training that is paid at the same hourly rate as after training! Training schedules will vary based on shift and role.
Training is approximately 14 weeks in duration. Training hours will be communicated to you as you proceed with consideration for the position(s). The training continues beyond day one as well. New team members are eligible for promotional opportunities within the Enterprise Care Center department after 6 months of service and 12 months for other opportunities at State Farm. Qualifications Care Center Specialists include both licensed and unlicensed responsibilities. If selected for a role that requires licensing, you must obtain and maintain state licensing which include successfully completing all applicable licensing exam(s) and background checks required of various state(s), and obtain continuing education requirements.
