manner. Catamount customer service staff are answering phones, helping guests and running registers. Training occurs for all the below tasks. Essential Duties/Responsibilities Explain prices and promotions. General knowledge of Mountain required to assist guests with inquiries.
Sell lift and activity tickets. Answer telephone. Must be able to work quickly and accurately. Assure payment is made for every item. Help with closing procedures. Maintain a friendly, team spirit with a focus on guest service. Do other work activities based on what is needed by your manager. Qualifications & Experience Must be able to work flexible hours/days of the week including weekends and holidays. Must be
able to communicate well and follow instructions. Be cheerful, patient, alert, and courteous at all times with people of all ages. Basic computer and keyboard experience required.
Must be able to work as part of a team. Must be well groomed, self disciplined, and willing to comply with uniform guidelines. Able to speak, read, and write fluently in English. Ability to count out change. Ability to work harmoniously/diplomatically with a variety of people including the public. Physical Demands Employee occasionally shift can include: day, evening and holiday hours and is regularly required to: Walk may walk outside occasionally. Reach, handle, grasp and finger keyboard/cash machine. Repetitive keyboard motion. May require sitting or standing for an extended period of time.
