Requires regular overnight travel (including some out-of-state travel). Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree in engineering, safety science, business, management, public health, or physical sciences and two (2) years of occupational safety experience in a variety of industrial settings; OR Masters degree or higher in engineering, safety science, industrial management, public health, or physical sciences and one (1) year of occupational safety experience in a variety of industrial settings.

Additional Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Must have valid U. S. driver's license. Must be at least 19 years of age at time of hire and have an acceptable Motor

Vehicle Report that is in compliance with University policies. Applicants under the age of 21 will have some driving restrictions. Skills and Knowledge: Must be able to travel out-of-state, including overnight stays.

Preferred Qualifications: A working knowledge of OSHA safety and health regulations is desirable, especially as related to OSHA 21 (d) Consultation Program.
