Design primary research to advance the firm's thought leadership in Advice and Planning. Establish an enterprise point of view on how consumer behavior impacts decisions related to accumulating and decumulating assets effectively, creating sustainable income streams, approaching Social Security decisions, managing health care costs, etc. Analyze data, identify
patterns, and draw insights to inform the development of innovative advice tools and resources. Serve as subject matter expert in the accuracy and relevance of advice content.
Prepare presentations to communicate behavioral and business insights to internal and external stakeholders including Wells Fargo lines of business, clients, advisors and relationship managers, the Office of Consumer Protection, Public Relations, employees, regulators, financial influencers, and communities. Collaborate on business initiatives with teams across the enterprise, including Consumer and Small Business banking, Consumer Lending, Wealth & Investment Management, Commercial, and Wells Fargo employees. Qualifications: 7+ years of Business Growth Strategy experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Demonstrated expertise in financial markets, financial health topics, retirement planning, income strategies, Social Security, Medicare, and financial planning concepts.
Strong skills in quantitative research methods and statistical analysis, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business growth strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present research and insights to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to implement innovative and significant business strategies working in partnership with cross-functional teams MA or Ph D in finance, economics, or related field.
