for developing communication plans and performing communication tasks to further the organization's business strategy. Oversees all social media accounts to promote and protect the brand. Essential Functions: Develops tactic-oriented communications plans for internal and external audiences, including corporate magazine.
Writes content for newsletters, corporate magazine, annual report, articles, websites, social media and internal initiatives. Assists internal teams with video requests, including recording, editing and finalizing footage. Coordinates development of content by subject matter experts and ensures placement in appropriate media outlets. Provides clear communications
on complex issues and topics. Promotes ag advocacy through telling client success stories. Manages and monitors all Compeer social media efforts. Develops content calendar, recommends campaigns and creates posts that further the brand and engage audiences.
Appropriately handles online interactions, based on best practices. Minimum Qualifications & Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, English, marketing or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job. Minimum 1 year of communications-related experience preferred. Basic knowledge of communication strategy
and planning. Strong written and verbal communications skills, including interviewing, writing, editing and proofreading.
Ability to adhere to communication guidelines and best practices. Basic knowledge of digital communication, including photography, video production and social media. Ability to meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within all levels of the organization. Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with internal and external partners. clients on Step Wise implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and testing. S. as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities: Work with the Step Wise software to configure rating algorithms, factor tables, and proposal outputs Work with the Step
