Job Summary: Compass Point is looking for a Delivery Manager to work in Ft. Knox, KY. To join our team of outstanding professionals, apply today! Job Responsibilities: The Delivery Manager is a project management position and shall be responsible for HRC system sustainment. There will be two Delivery Manager’s required: one to support software applications supporting enlisted accessions, and one to support software applications supporting officer accessions. The Delivery Manager will be primarily responsible for all aspects
of delivering value for their supported system. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is desired; 10 years of relevant experience managing large programs.
An active Do D Secret clearance is required for consideration. Experience in Project Management, including Agile methodologies. Experience transitioning organizations from Waterfall environment to Agile. Understanding/Experience with Army SDLC Scrum/Agile experience with enterprise-level application development projects Experience leading and managing large complex enterprise-level projects that consist of multiple agile teams and require integration across multiple stakeholders including government leadership and functional personnel.
Provide advice and expertise to product owners and manage customer expectations for project deliverables. Experience managing stakeholder communications. Experience in supervising and managing IT support personnel. Desired Qualifications: Ten plus years’ experience in planning and engineering enterprise IT solutions. Ten plus years’ experience in supervising and managing IT support personnel. Possess an industry standard project management certification such as Project Management Professional. Agile Certified Practitioner or equivalent certification.
Knowledge of Army HR Enterprise IT systems, LRP, governance and cybersecurity requirements. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
