As a Senior Workforce Analytics Consultant, you will play a vital role in extracting intelligence from data and delivering on the team's goals. Our

In this role, you will primarily assist HR Centers of Excellence/Expertise. Collaborating with key HR partners in areas such as Talent Enablement, Total Rewards and Workforce Planning, you will lead cross-functional initiatives from ideation to analytics to recommendations to drive impact across different functions. As a senior

member of this team, you will be expected to spearhead initiatives and lead cross-team projects coordinating resources and prioritizing work.

Your typical day will involve client consultation, program design, analysis, insights generation, and storytelling. Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Consultation: Utilize your expertise in organizational science principles and analysis to help clients frame problems, answer questions, and design solutions that align with business objectives. Design: Collaborate with the product team to build and drive products that provide insights on areas of focus and track progress. Analysis & Insights: Analyze data to generate meaningful insights and combine this intelligence with the latest thinking in organizational science to support data-driven decision-making.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or Finance or related experience preferred. Experience with advanced data visualization and reporting tools.
