Your role in our mission Advise client, internal, and external stakeholders on training solutions and initiatives and delegate projects to employees best positioned to complete them. Serve as point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project and make effective

decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with projects to ensure projects remain aligned with goals and that team actions remain in synergy.

Conduct analysis and complete reporting activities timely to support program performance evaluation and invoicing requirements. Manage training projects and initiatives that maintain and/or improve client satisfaction including inventory management and quality control initiatives. Provides coaching and support to training staff regarding the effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of work performed. What we're looking for Experience with adult learning, instructional design, quality management, and project management methodologies.

Experience leading teams. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage and support operational change. Ability to maintain a high-level of confidentiality regarding employee/contractor information. What you should expect in this role Must be a resident of the state of California. Primarily remote work. May occasionally report onsite for meetings, special training requests, or other business needs. The office is in West Sacramento. Reliable high-speed internet connectivity is required. Highly collaborative and interactive team and role. Accountability for individual and team projects and work assignments. #LI-REMOTE #LI-CB1 #LI-CM1 The pay range for this position is $86,300.00 - $123,300.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
