Responsibilities (including, but not limited to): Opens new accounts. Processes payday loans. Completes account maintenance and cross-sells services. Researches, identifies, and resolves problems related to tvfcu ONLINE, tvfcu MOBILE, and debit/ATM cards. Originates domestic and international wire transfers. Handles a variety of service functions, including processing transfers and providing balance inquiries on checking, savings, and loan accounts. Performs other duties as assigned.

Represent and promote the Credit Union to the members in a courteous, professional manner. Greet and Respond to members with a smile and in a timely manner. Accept deposit/withdrawal transactions, facilitate sale of money orders, travelers checks and other inventory items.
Process loan payments on member’s accounts. Perform account research and answer member questions regarding account activity. Provide information in an accurate and timely manner.
