The FSI & PS Technology Services team is responsible for the Data Conversion, Integration, and Reporting workstreams on Workday implementation projects. About the Role In this role you will have the opportunity to: Lead the Reporting workstream on customer projects in a consulting environment.
Influence the future development of our organization, the Workday Product, and our implementation tools. Collaborate with others to contribute to the success of our customers. Basic Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of experience with Workday Report Writer and across Workday HCM and Financials is required A minimum of 4 years of software consulting experience Previous experience supporting industry and knowledge of the key types of ERP operational and planning reports, covering HCM, Payroll, PSA, Spend and Accounting. Depth of experience in architecting, building, and/or developing reporting solutions.
History of serving in customer-facing roles responsible for leading a workstream or initiative. Proven ability coordinating and collaborating with cross organizational partners. Other Qualifications Workday Certification in at least one of the following: Report Writer, Composite Reports, Prism Analytics Experience with Prism Analytics, Composite Reporting, Calculated Fields, Dashboards and Discovery Boards Experience with FSI & PS is a plus Ability to gain a thorough understanding of Workday concepts as new features are released Ability to distill complex concepts into understandable presentations for our customers Ability to multitask and work on multiple engagements and results simultaneously Strong critical thinking skills so as to understand complex, technical process issues and facilitate/influence decision making Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience required.
