Do Your role will be responsible for leading our clients through technology changes that will require a high degree of project management skills and communication.
As a Migration Consultant, you will work directly with our client stakeholders, managing communications, training, and project timelines. You will coordinate with our internal service and technology teams on each client's project specifics, making sure that each migration is as smooth as possible. It is expected that you can manage 10-15 migrations at one time. This role will act on many different levels of our overall company enterprise, including our parent company and its subsidiaries.
Responsibility Product owner. Owns all client migration efforts, including, but not limited to, communication, training, functionality analysis, coordination efforts, and exceptional customer service. Communication. Attention to effective, concise communication in relaying sometimes complex information and step-by-step instructions to key stakeholders. Must be able to provide clear and consistent communication on project timelines and schedule adjustments. Implementation. Ability to guide clients onto our HRIS technology and provide effective training and clear goals. Training & presenting. Learns and applies expert knowledge of our HRIS technology to effectively train clients in a non-technical form factor.
Project Management. Coordinate migration schedules and communication with our Migrations Success Partner. Be able to pivot quickly with both client schedules and addressing client concerns. Work directly with our service and technology teams for complex questions, data analysis, and system configuration. Competencies Be an owner with your responsibilities. We're depending on you! Project Manager. Plans ahead and is able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Patient. Ability to work with individuals with different learning styles and needs. The focus of working together to accomplish a common goal, using effective communication and training tactics. Attention to detail. Able to dive deep into the specifics of each client and analyze unique needs. Experience 3+ years of prior experience in technology implementation, customer success role.
Associate's or Bachelors' Degree. Knowledge and/or prior experience working with HR technology is a plus but not required. Project management experience is a plus.
