As a consultant for E Source, you'll support project leaders to bring transformative solutions to help our clients solve the complex challenges they face in energy equity, stakeholder and community engagement, and customer experience (CX).
E Source is a solutions-based consulting, research and advisory, and data science firm that's been a change agent in the utility industry for over 35 years. What you'll do Support project leaders with energy equity and CX work, including stakeholder engagement meetings, community
outreach, and customer research Support project leaders with client meetings and workshops, project planning and project status reporting, and other activities as directed by project leaders Identify strengths and opportunities to improve CX for our utility clients' customers Build and maintain strong client relationships What will make you a good fit One to three years' consulting experience (experience in the fields of energy, environmental science, community-based nonprofit, or CX preferred) Ability to summarize complex material and develop excellent presentations that tell the story and engage our clients Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills Proven ability to
take initiative and prioritize work Critical-thinking and proactive problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to collaborate and be a team player with the ability to work independently Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, environmental studies, business, or a related field Willingness and ability to travel to client sites (currently estimated at about 25% of your work time, depending on client needs) Expert-level skills with Microsoft applications, including Power Point, Word, Excel, and Outlook Proficiency in Spanish (verbal and written preferred but not required) Strong preference on applicants located in the West/North West A little about E Source Since 1986, E Source has focused on partnering with utilities to help their customers save electricity.

We offer flexible schedules, flexible work locations, and a paid parental leave benefit. We provide a 401(k) plan with a 3% employer match. The budgeted salary for this position is $73,500 to $84,000 (includes base + annual bonus). Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience. This person can work remote, a hybrid schedule, or from one of our physical office locations. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.
