Key Areas of Responsibility Lead business process workshops and advise the client on the impacts of adopting the Oracle Cloud T&L solution Lead requirements gathering sessions and support clients in defining relevant processes and obtain sign off to ensure client alignment of the proposed solution Understand Oracles Implementation Methodology and use it on all engagements Configure the Oracle HCM Cloud T&L solution Conduct process familiarization workshops to demonstrate the configuration of the cloud solution Support the client during all phases of testing, production cutover, and post-go-live Supporting the data migration consulting team and/or client with any
data migration efforts Assist the integration consulting team in helping to build, configure and test integrations between HCM and third party/custom solutions Complete the client work on time and budget Mentor and review the work of junior team members Knowledge Base / Skills Must have full life cycle implementation of at least two Oracle Cloud HCM Time & Labor and Absence Management implementations Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company a plus Experience in implementing HCM Saa S applications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities Experience with multiple HCM modules a plus Ability to travel as needed

Works collaboratively with HR to develop and implement solutions to address variances in unemployment, realignments and mutual consents reports, compliance hotline, out-of-state hires, and re-hire eligibility escalations. Partners with and helps in managing vendor relationships such as unemployment, team member relations case management tools and other third-party vendors to ensure
effective levels of service are maintained to help the business. Acts as point of contact with Federal and state employment services and vendor agencies, including attending unemployment hearings and managing subpoenas.
Ensures documentation of corrective actions, primarily final written warnings and terminations, and other team member relations matters. Help in keeping content in the TMR Knowledgebase up to date. Performs other position appropriate duties as required in a competent, professional and courteous way KEY SUCCESS FACTORS Ability to establish and maintain effective professional relationships across organizational lines. Must be able to communicate thoughts clearly; both verbally
