Job Summary A full-time, Licensed Master Social Worker will be hired to offer and organize supports to student-parents. The Social Worker will offer one-on-one counseling to student-parents,
as well as group sessions and educational workshops intended to foster well-being, coping skills, communication skills, and parents’ skills as their children’s first educators and lifelong advocates, among other topics.
An important role of the Social Worker will be to develop partnerships on- and off-campus that are focused on the needs of student-parents and to build out wrap around services intended to support and increase student-parents' postsecondary retention and graduation rates. Responsibilities Maintain the program schedule to align with student-parent social work wrap around services schedules. Work with community service providers to coordinate those services for the student/parents.

Assist in sharing the information regarding provided wrap around services to program faculty to facilitate student learning and ensure program quality. Oversee program backssments ensure grant activities are being backssed and aligned to the goals of the grant and educational program of C-CAMPIS. Respond, interview and provide materials to prospective student-parents Establish and maintain professionals in the field to support, evaluate, and revise the program in order to maintain alignment with professional standards and trends in the field of preschool education.
Required Qualifications A Master’s degree in Social Work. Hold a current Social Work Licensed. Have at least three years of working with young children and families. It is required that the person can work evening and Saturday hours in the 40-hour week. Experience planning, coordinating and delivering wrap around social services activities to meet the needs of the student/parents. Experience working with community services to coordinate such services for delivery. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communication skills. 1-year experience using word, Excel, Power Point and email.
Preferred Qualifications Experience with additional duties associated with Day Care Facility management Recruiting and marketing experience preferred.
