RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion Respond to work delays, emergencies, and other problems Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques Review the work progress daily Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs Review QA/QC documents and ensure work is being done to SNF standards Oversee constructions to monitor

compliance with building and safety regulations Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors Select tools, materials, and equipment and track inventory Meet contractual conditions of performance Prepare internal reports about job status Work with production and maintenance to plan project-related outages Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks and resolve any emerging problems Interpret and explain contracts and technical information to other professionals Obtain permits and work with onsite Safety personnel to maintain a safe job site Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out Evaluate construction methods

and determine the cost-effectiveness of plans Participate in Annual shutdown planning meeting Requirements BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field preferred5-10 years experience in new construction and a supervisory capacity Proven working experience in industrial construction management, especially in mechanical and electrical fields Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods Knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards Understanding all facets of the construction process Ability to plan and see the " big picture.
