as an Assembler. As an Assembler at EPS, you'll play a crucial role in building and assembling components for electric aerospace systems. Your responsibilities will include assembling materials, reading and interpreting drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, and work orders.
You'll also be responsible for cleaning parts, supporting structures, installing components, units, subassemblies, wiring, or assembly casings, and flagging defective parts or components. Manual assembly of components and modules is another important aspect of this role, and you'll be expected to step in wherever
necessary. To excel in this position, you should have a High School Diploma or equivalent and be able to read and understand production documents and safety manuals.
Basic math, reading, and writing skills are essential, along with strong problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is also required, as you'll be using it to enhance your efficiency and effectiveness in the role. If you're already ahead of the game and have experience with aerospace applications of high-voltage electric propulsion and energy storage systems, that's a definite plus.
