to join our team. The Production Shipping Coordinator will be responsible for entering customer shipments into the ERP system. This position will also help with communication of shipment information to production departments along with being the primary contact for shipping related questions.
Available shift: Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm Responsibilities Shipping Coordinator Job Responsibilities: Create shipments in the ERP system Communicate with engineers, quality, production control & customer service team members to ensure product shipments are entered correctly and shipped accurately with all customer requirements adhered to. Scan and confirm accuracy of paperwork into
internal document storage system Understand customer needs and the core business markets we serve Create, review, and update work instructions and standard work Document, research and respond to customer inquiries Review daily department shipment backlogs and organize incoming shipments to accommodate scheduled pick-up times.
Create documentation and commercial invoices for international shipments as necessary Manage AES system and resolve any issues that arise Qualifications Shipping Coordinator Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent 2 years of experience in data entry and customer service in a manufacturing environment Experience with an ERP system software Production
