We're seeking individuals with a High School Diploma or equivalent, coupled with at least one year of experience in component production. Proficiency
in reading production documents and a knack for problem-solving are essential. A plus would be your familiarity with high voltage electric propulsion systems in aerospace applications, though not mandatory.
