What you'll do: The General Labor position is responsible to assist in the coordination of operations and complete different tasks around the building to help meet customer needs and keep production flowing. Load and unload incoming trucks Assemble sides and decking flat beds Put away all parts in the proper location Manage consumables

and organizing Help with tool crib Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work area Perform other tasks and miscellaneous duties as assigned What you need to be successful: HS Diploma or GED required Minimum of 1 year of general laborer experience Valid driver's license Good attendance Experience operating a forklift preferred A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach Must be familiar with hand tools Adapt with ease to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment Work well independently and be able to take instruction in a changing production environment Must be service oriented and have an excellent work ethic Ability to: Work inside/outside in different environmental conditions Frequent use of hands Lift, bend, stoop, and stand or sit for long periods Why The Shyft Group?
