growth. POSITION OVERVIEW: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for daily inspections of Buildings, Equipment, and Systems to identify any issues that may impact operations. Other duties include maintenance of boiler and HVAC equipment, electrical and other equipment.
General maintenance of the facilities and grounds. Electrical, communications and/or systems, IWMS, BMS experience preferred. Also, can include other duties that are deemed necessary to the safe operation of the facilities could be assigned by the Facilities Manager, EOC Director and/or CEO. Receives direction from: Facilities Manager. EDUCATION: Certification from a vo-tech or trade school, preferred. EXPERIENCE: 1
year of verifiable and successful building operations experience, required. Experience in a medical setting, or with medical equipment, preferred. LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS: Valid Montana driver's license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons and no moving violations for one year in-order-to operate Clinical vehicles, required.
A current Montana Low Pressure Boiler Operators License or obtained within one year of hire, required. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: Current working knowledge of boilers; must have a low-pressure boiler operator’s license. Previous experience in building operations is a plus. Computer and keyboarding skills. Ability to work with a variety of equipment, analyze
and solve complex problems. Current skills in welding, soldering, plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, grounds care and equipment operation, carpentry, concrete, and landscaping required.
