Primary responsibility for ground maintenance activities such as trimming hedges, removing weeds, lawn mowing, irrigation system repair, and raking and disposing of leaves and refuse. Responsible for operation and upkeep of wash rack and filter system when required Operates fresh and wastewater treatment equipment with complete understanding of system. Documents inspections and treatment of water supply system. Handles set up of conference

room tables and chairs. Moves office furniture and computer equipment.

Performs custodian duties as needed. May be required to drive to other locations and perform similar duties. Other duties may be assigned. SKILLS Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one. Ability to add, subtracts, multiply and divides in all units of measure. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Experience with carpentry, painting, plumbing, roll up doors, and air and lubrication systems.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE High school or GED or four years of maintenance related experience. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Must have a valid driver license and a clean DMV report.
