with our fries. Job Description Summary The batter mixing operator is responsible for assuring proper mixing of batter and proper volume of batter through the control and use of the mixing and measuring equipment.
They will perform sanitation duties during run days and on weekend cleanups. Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities Individuals in this position must: Participate in the safety engagement process. This includes giving I Care huddles, conducting area backssments, and addressing all safety concerns with the Production Team Lead. Monitor and control viscosity in the primary tanks, holding tanks, and applicators. Understand the batter equipment and its operation
Help train new employees in the batter mixing operator position Stay at workstation when the co-batter mix operator is not in the batter area.
Batter mix operators will relieve each other for breaks. Perform equal and/or lower rated job duties as assigned by Team Leader personnel when batter is not running. Help move batter totes with the walkie lift when needed or directed. Document viscosity, equipment settings, and batter inventory information Maintain good housekeeping in work area. Keep equipment in the area of responsibility clean. Follow all plant safety policies and procedures. Be actively involved in safety, participate in safety programs, engage in safety activities, perform risk backssments and demonstrate ownership as well as leadership in personal safety and the safety of other team members.
Report on near misses, incidents, and any safety concerns. Safety and Security - Observes safety and security procedures; Reports potentially unsafe conditions; Uses equipment and materials properly. Education High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Skills Effectively communicate in English verbally and in writing. with our fries. Job Description Summary The person in this position is responsible for handling finished products and supplies while managing the operation of the ATL system.
They will bring out potato products to blend and will store bulk in the freezers. They may load trucks at times when the ATL system is down. They will store finished cases in designated areas in the freezers and will also be responsible for conducting inventory of product bulk and cases in the cold storage. Freezer gear will be provided by the company for your safety and comfort. Job Description Individuals in this position must be able to perform these duties: Follow all plant safety policies and procedures. Be
safe, participate in safety programs, engage in safety activities such as trainings, perform risk backssments, and demonstrate ownership as well as leadership in personal safety and the safety of other team members.
Daily safety/maintenance checks for the forklift, record and report any malfunctions. Learn the procedures for battery changes. Receive instructions, store product in proper location in the freezer. Deliver product to packaging line for repack/blend. Bring in packaging supplies, such as KD cases, package machine paper, KD totes, pallets, glue barrels, metal bins and trash bins. Take out frozen waste product bins and paper bins to designated areas for dumping and replace them with empty bins.
Store bulk bins in the freezers in the designated location. Stack all bins evenly and to the designated height in the freezer. Restack, sort, and organize the freezer to maintain a neat, orderly appearance. This will help create an accurate inventory. Learn the locations of all bulk that is approved for blending and repackaging. Take out the trash bins, product bins, damaged pallets, KD cases, etc. to designated storage areas. Supply the bulk crew with restricted cases, KD totes, pallets, lids, liners, etc. Store bins from rework in designated areas of the freezers.
Set up bulk bins for shipment and be prepared to receive bulk bins. Learn to use a 2-way radio, scan gun and computer touch screens regularly. Understand information on the manifest tickets and how this information applies to their responsibilities. Understand the inventory procedure for " First In/First Out" or " FIFO" for short. Reports all equipment failures and mechanical problems to appropriate personnel. Complete forms in accurate, timely, and legible manner. Identify cases, labels, cuts, colors, catalog numbers, day codes and acceptable case conditions.
Any other task as directed by Warehouse Lead or Team Leaders (Supervisors. ) Follow good housekeeping practices and GMP's. Wear all the PPE that is required for the job.
