skills & position 1st Shift.1st 4am,5am or 6am to 2:30pm, M-F, possible SAT's 2nd Shift.2nd 3:00pm - 11:30pm or 1:30am, M-F, possible SAT's LENGTH OF JOB.contract to Perm JOB SUMMARY: Perform hand assembly operations which may include one or more of the following: -component identification -soldering -testing and packaging using small tools and equipment MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -Assemble in compliance with IPC standards -Operate test and assembly equipment -Operating small tools/equipment -Navigate within Oracle's manufacturing reports -Component identification -5S and keep area, tools, equipment clean/maintained -Ensure all safety standards are adhered to -Find, report and correct

EH&S discrepancies on a routine basis -Recommend improvements to material, process flow and information flow -Material/inventory management - ensure kanban levels are sufficient to maintain production requirements -Train new associates in standard manufacturing practices -Overtime will be required as the needs of the business dictate -Understand ever changing MFG requirements and the means of achieving those metrics -Understand internal and external customer requirements.

knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. -Strong communications skills -Ability to support / lead within a team environment -Basic computer skills -Familiarity with Microsoft Office -May be required to properly lift up to 30 pounds maximum.

-Experienced user of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point) -Good verbal and written communication skills -Must be able to read and interpret BOM s ( Bills of Materials ) PREFERRED / DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: The following skills may be required depending on the MFG Assembly Operations work location within the plant. -Soldering, desoldering and repair of visual errors EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: -REQUIRED - High school diploma or general education degree (GED) PLEASE SEND RESUME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR A JOB.
